What technology do we use?
CADWORK Technology
We technically develop our designs using CADWORK®, the most comprehensive CAD/CAM software for timber frame construction, ensuring excellent quality and precision.
Automation of prefabrication
We prefabricate on an automated line from MBA-J.J.Smith®, equipped with CNC-grade working bridges and clamping tables; These ensure excellent geometry of prefabricated products, as well as high precision plating and milling.
Certified wood
We prefabricate entirely from CE-certified GL24H pine glulam, supplied by POLDAN Wood Works, our parent company in the POLDAN Group specializing in the production of wooden building materials.
Modern plating
We use the highest quality sheathing materials, such as Fermacell® fiber-gypsum and fiber-cement boards, this is a guarantee not only of durability, but also of the aesthetics of wood-frame buildings.
Steicoprotect thermal insulation
By using Steicoprotect exterior insulation boards manufactured by STEICO SE, a leader in insulating wood-based materials, our buildings guarantee high thermal insulation and effective protection against moisture.
