The variant is finished with an equipped bathroom. It is possible to make kitchen furniture in selected colors – additionally paid.

- Construction:
The house is based on a durable GL24H pine wood wooden structure.
- Floor:
The bottom of the house is protected with dispersion. 12 cm mineral wool thermal insulation, vapour barrier foil and floor panel.
- Exterior walls:
Pine façade board with tongue tongue lacquer. Wind barrier and 10 cm of mineral wool. On the inside, there is a vapour barrier and a Forestia wall panel.
- Roof:
Seam sheet, roofing membrane, 12cm insulation. On the inside, there is a vapour barrier and a SUPERPANEL ceiling panel.
- Joinery:
6-chamber PVC windows, double-glazed, anthracite, with air vents ensuring air circulation, PVC exterior doors glazed. In the living room, there is a Smart Slide sliding door.
The bathroom is finished with Fibo bathroom panels with complete sanitary equipment: wall-hung toilet, built-in. Walk-in shower, cabinet with sink.
Heating of the house on the basis of radiant heaters + ladder heater in the bathroom. DHW boiler 50L.
Possibility of delivery throughout the country including assembly. Baskets are set individually.
